At Foley’s, we serve a diverse range of dishes inspired by the spice trail with flavours from the Middle East and Asia. It’s all brought together by our chef Mitz Vora who joined us from his position as Sous Chef at The Palomar.
Our 70 cover restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We’re set over 2 floors with an alfresco coffee bar and an open kitchen with bar seating enabling guests a view of the action.
